Motion & workflow states
- The “Motion” control pauses or enables animation across the homepage.
- Your reduced-motion preference starts homepage motion paused.
- Images, text and workflow status remain visible with motion off.
- Live status text describes approval, revision, policy refusal and measurement decisions.
