Training programs and educational events that educate our employee base about unconscious bias and other forms of discrimination to create a more inclusive culture in the workplace. These programs cover a variety of topics, such as cultural competency and creating an inclusive work environment.

Recruitment and Hiring Practices

Supporting inclusion initiatives by implementing fair and equitable recruitment and hiring practices. This includes developing job descriptions and advertising with a focus on equity, actively recruiting underrepresented candidates, and ensuring adequate representation of women and minority employees.

Policies

Implementing action against discrimination and anti-harassment policies, creating family-friendly policies, and providing accommodations for employees with special needs. Providing opportunities for professional development, creating an inclusive work environment, and providing opportunities for employees to give feedback.
